I came for my contact lens check with Sarah and explained that I had a problem with my left eye. I was immediately booked for a full sight test later that afternoon and was fully examined and a diagnosis of a floater was made. I am very impressed with the care and the swift response to my problem.

I was seen quickly and efficiently and all staff were friendly. I felt like the health of my eyes was checked thoroughly. At the end I was seen by someone who recommended I upgrade my glasses. She was friendly but the optometrist had just told me my prescription hadn't changed. It felt a bit like a sales pitch, which I didn't want.
